Well my job is to promote my lens and basically i have to attend to surgery to help assist doctors in using my lenses. In a normal OT condition, By right it should be positive pressure.

But not everyone has this kind of luxury, plus our GOV dont spend money upgrading the medical facilities in most hospitals. They are still relying on ancient technology. You see my TAX payers, Your money is never invested into the medical field. If you go to the GOV hospitals, you dont get the premium items.
